Yes, growth has brought prosperity and untold riches, but it has had significant negative side effects for the planet, including climate change, pollution and species extinction. Inclusive wealth is measured by both the World Bank and UN Environment Programme (Unep). As for Unep, it began measuring inclusive wealth in 2012.
