It is so much easier to keep everything as it is, privileging the comfort zone of employees and even leaders.
But...in this situation there is no PROGRESS and this fact is not acceptable for those companies and institutions that wish to be at the forefront of the markets in which they operate.
And then a conflict arises. How do we deal with breaking the comfort zone in a positive environment that ends up identifying and capturing new opportunities?
This is where the figure of the energy consultant appears. A "mediator" of this conflict, with the potential to align perceptions and expectations around vigorous progress in both $/kWh and kWh/activity.
