Inflection point?

Meteorologists are predicting that there is an important chance that this year the El Nino phenomenon will occur and will especially influence the Brazilian Southeast/Center-West region of the country, reducing rainfall in this region.

This might be very important since hydro (and the reservoirs level) is, by far, the most important energy source for the country's power mix.

If this scenario is confirmed,:

1) How would the energy supply side be?
2) What level of free prices would be reached?
3) What tariff flags (green, yellow or red)  would be in effect?
4) How would the price scale of the energy sources  look like?
5) Which sources would be more attractive?

It will be worth getting solid information,, analyzing the possibilities and then making a robust and defensible decision.
