After completing doctoral studies, many researchers opt to spend the early stages of their careers at EPA. These postdoctoral researchers, or simply “postdocs,” pursue their research interests under the mentorship of scientists at EPA, leaders in their respective fields, and acquire essential skills for their future careers.
