Commissioner Andrew McAllister is serving his third term on the California Energy Commission. At the Energy Commission, he leads the policy area of energy efficiency, including the Building Energy Efficiency Standards, appliance efficiency, and load management and flexibility.

John Fraser-Mifsud (JFM) is President of Seeley International Americas, a 100% subsidiary of Seeley International headquartered in Australia. John holds a Master’s degree in Architectural and Building Design Science and was recognized with several university awards from the University of Sydney.
